LUXURY NEW 4-BED VILLAS IN OVACIK

The village of Ovacik has been a property investor hotspot for many years. Its hilltop location is beautifully overlooked by mountains, and it’s one of the closest areas to the famous lagoon in Oludeniz, where residential property is allowed. Ovacik is a great choice for a holiday home or buy-to-let property and has a nice community of locals and ex-pats year-round.

These new 4-bed villas are located in the upper valley, a 5-minute walk from the bus routes and within reach of a number of local minimarkets and restaurants. The villas are each built on a 420m2 plot with a garden, pool, and ample sunbathing space. The interior is 250m2 and comes with many luxury features, including an indoor pool, sauna/Turkish bath, and underfloor heating for use during the winter months.

Ground Floor: The villas are entered at ground level, where there is a WC for guest use and a large open-plan lounge with a modern, well-equipped kitchen to one side. This space leads out to a generous dining terrace ideal for entertaining.

Basement: The basement is a real surprise! Here, you find a heated indoor pool, sauna, WC, and a Turkish bath.

First Floor:  Two spacious ensuite bedrooms with jacuzzi baths and balconies are situated on the first floor.

Top Floor:  Two more generous ensuite bedrooms are on the attic level.
