FURNISHED 3-BED VILLA FOR SALE IN UZUMLU

Uzumlu is a beautiful mountain valley just a 25-minute drive inland from Fethiye town. This fairly traditional village has lots of charm and a nice mixed foreign and Turkish community year around. There’s a handful of local shops, minimarkets, a school, and a few restaurants in the village centre, plus regular transport links to Fethiye and the surrounding villages.

This property for sale is in an elevated location a few minute’s drive from the village centre. It is built on a private 390m2 plot with a pool, garden, and private parking for 2 vehicles. The interior is a spacious 189m2 over 3 floors, and it is offered for sale furnished.

Entrance Floor: The entrance floor has an open-plan lounge and dining room with a kitchen to the rear. The first two bedrooms are also on this floor and share a bathroom. There’s also a lovely winter garden.

First Floor: Stairs from the winter garden (enclosed glass-fronted room) lead up to the first floor. This is a big annexe bedroom with a bathroom and terrace that enjoys stunning views over the valley.

Lower Ground Floor: A depot lies in the basement, currently used as a workshop, but this space could easily be transformed into additional living space.
