It took less than a year to complete – keeping in mind that local laws only allow heavy construction from November to April each year in Ovacik and some other locations in Fethiye, due to tourism. This villa sits on a generous 870m2 private walled and gated plot and has a 280m2 interior. It has an immaculately landscaped garden with a large feature pool, kid’s pool and outdoor jacuzzi. There’s extensive sunbathing and entertainment spaces, dining terraces with a BBQ and a carport.
The villa was designed to maximise light and space, with clever use of oversized glass windows and doors. The ground floor is intended as the entertainment level, with a large open gallery with a feature chandelier, adding a modern feel and character to the property.
